BIMU SV is a linear suspended luminaire, adjustable in height from floor to ceiling via a simple cable system on which it slides. The ceiling attachment includes a metal retainer, while the base on the floor rests by gravity on this retainer. The luminaire allows for the installation of its canopy for power supply from the ceiling or floor. Small tabs ensure that the power and mechanical cables enter the profile very naturally. Finishes: Matte black, matte white and matte black-orange.

Xavier Fernández-Carrasquet is a designer born in Barcelona with a great passion for design in all its disciplines. After studying at Elisava, he began his career working as a product designer at Benedito Design, where he created products for various sectors. He then joined LUXIONA, where he deepened his knowledge of manufacturing processes and worked on projects with renowned designers such as Jean Nouvel and Toni Arola. From 2017, he led the Design Studio Barcelona Creative Lab for the multinational XAL. He currently collaborates with companies like B.lux and professionals in the sector, and has been teaching at Elisava since 2013, sharing his experience and knowledge with new generations as a tutor for Master's final projects.
